摘要
目的:从血液动力学角度探讨中医常见脉象的脉图特征。方法:采用ZBOX-I型脉象数字化分析仪采集2113例平、弦、滑及弦滑脉脉图,根据血液动力学的有关原理和方法,通过分析压力脉图计算四种脉象对应的脉搏波波速(PWV)、反射因子(Rf),并进行比较;应用Fisher线性判别法进行4种脉象的识别研究。结果:根据压力脉图估算的平、弦、滑及弦滑脉的PWV、Rf比较结果显示,从平脉组(滑脉组)→弦滑脉组→弦脉组,PWV逐渐增大;平脉组和滑脉组比较无显著性差异;其余组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);从滑脉组→平脉组→弦滑脉组→弦脉组,Rf逐渐增大;组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);应用Fisher线性判别法识别4种脉象的平均正确率为80.10%。结论:根据血液动力学原理和方法分析和识别平、弦、滑及弦滑脉的特征是可行的,与脉象的指感特点是基本一致的,可作为脉象客观化研究的新思路和方法。
Objective:To explore the feature of the common pulses’graphics in Traditional Chinese Medicine based on hemodynamics.Method:Based on theory and method of hemodynamics,to calculate pulse wave velocity(PWV) and the reflection factor(Rf) of the 2 113 cases TCM common pulses (normal pulse,wiry pulse,slippery pulse,wiry-slippery pulse)collected by ZBOX-I pulse analysis instrument.To recognize the four pulses by use Fisher Linear Discriminant.Results:The PWV of normal pulse and slippery pulse were lowest.The PWV of wiry pulse was highest.The PWV of normal pulse and slippery pulse group was at the same level,there was no significant difference between them.There were statistically significant between any other two groups(P0.05).The Rf of slippery pulse was lowest.The Rf of wiry pulse was highest.There were statistically significant between any two groups(P0.05).The average recognition rate was 80.10% by use fisher linear classifier with application.Conclusion:It is feasible that estimation of PWV and Rf based on the pressure pulse diagram to analysis normal pulse,wiry pulse,slippery pulse and wiry-slippery pulse.It is consistent with the characteristics of the pulse.It is a new idea in objective study of TCM pulse.
