摘要
从中国广东分离的柔嫩艾美耳球虫（Ｅｉｍｅｒｉａｔｅｎｅｌｌａ）野外抗药株深圳（ＳＺ）株，分别对３种聚醚类抗生素－马杜拉霉素、盐霉素、拉萨里霉素及它们与甜菜碱同时使用的药效情况进行试验。结果发现，添加甜菜碱可提高聚醚类抗生素组的增重，特别是甜菜碱加马杜拉霉素组增重最明显，而对病变记分和卵囊数量无明显影响。
The cooperation between betaine and three ionophorus drugs(maduramycin,salinamycin,and lasalocid)against Eimeria tenella was evaluated. Eimeria tenella SZ strain,a drug resistant strain isolated from Shengzhen,Guangdong,was inoculated to the tested chickens.Results showed that the body weight of chickens fed with a diet containing 210-3 betaine plus 510-6 maduramycin was significant heavier than that of those fed with a diet containing 510-6 maduramycin alone.Results also showed that betaine had little effect on cecae lesion score and oocyst production.
