感染网状内皮组织增殖病病毒SPF雏鸡局部免疫组织的免疫学变化

Immunological Changes of Local lmmune Tissues in SPF Chickens Infected with Reticuloendotheliosis Virus

研究１日龄ＳＰＦ雏鸡感染网状内皮组织增殖病病毒（ＲｅｔｉｃｕｌｏｅｕｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｏｓｉｓＶｉｒｕｓＲＥＶ）后局部免疫组织匀浆涂片的免疫学变化。结果表明：雏鸡感染ＲＥＶ后其局部免疫组织（盲肠、扁桃体和哈德尔腺）中，淋巴细胞数、ＡＮＡＥ＋、Ｔ细胞数以及颗粒型和弥散型ＡＮＡＥ＋Ｔ淋巴细胞数明显低于未感染雏鸡（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明该病消化道和呼吸道相关的局部免疫组织的细胞免疫呈现抑制。

This experiment was under taken to detect the immunological changes of the grind smears of local immune tissues in one-day-old SPF chickens infected with reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV).The results showed that the number of lymphocytes,acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase positive T (ANAE+ T)lymphocytes,granular and agranular type ANAE+ T lymphocytes in the local immune tissues(including cecal tonsil and Harder gland)of chickens infected with REV decreased significantly in comparison with the control birds (P<0.05,P<0.01) .This demonstrated that the cellular immune function of alimentary and respiratory tract associated immune tissues was depressed in one-day-old SPF chickens infected with REV.
