具有上皮样细胞及黏液性特点的子宫平滑肌肿瘤1例报道

摘要
多囊性间皮瘤是一发病机制不明、罕见的间皮源性肿瘤.术前影像学检查缺少特异性的诊断指标,明确诊断主要依靠组织病理学和免疫组化染色.本文报道3例多囊性腹膜间皮瘤,并结合文献讨论其临床病理学特征.
