By analyzing comprehensively the following five factors： the supplier＇s supply capacity, service capacity, price, influence and delivery capacity, a university library book supplier evaluation index system was constructed and extensive comprehensive evaluation approach was applied to select the best suppliers. In the end, a example was given to prove the validity of the index.
