摘要
本文从人力资源角度出发,研究河北省和江苏省医药制造业的人力资源情况与经济发展水平的灰色关联度,通过分析得出人力资源中的高科技研发人员与医药制造业经济发展水平的高关联度对行业的发展具有更大的促进作用,并以此结论为基点,对河北省医药制造业留住、吸引高科技研发人员提出合理化建议。
From the perspective of human resources, this paper calculated the degree of gray incidence of human resources and economic development in pharmaceutical industry of Hebei Province and Jiangsu Provinces, analyzed that the high-tech R&D have a greater role in promoting the development of pharmaceutical industry, based on this conclusion, advanced three suggestions about retaining and attracting talented person in Pharmaceutical Industry of Hebei Province.
