摘要
国有企业有其特有属性,所以对国企而言流程再造是一项逐步整合的过程,通过整合逐步实现由职能化管理向流程化管理过渡。本文在研究国有企业管理体制基础上,探索基于信息化的企业管理流程再造(BPR),试图将企业信息化建设与企业管理流程再造理论进行融合,以实现优势互补。
The state-owned enterprises have their unique attributes, so the reconstruction of the process in state-owned enterprises is a process of progressive integration, through the integration progressively realize the transition from functional management to routing management. Based on the study of management system of state-owned enterprises, this paper explores informatization-based Business Process Reengineering (BPR), tries to integrate the enterprise information management and BPR theory to achieve mutual complementarity.
