Discussion on Improving Working Capital Management of Small and Medium Private Enterprises and Countermeasures

当前,在社会主义市场经济建设过程中,我国中小民营企业得到了快速的发展,众所周知,中、小民营企业财务管理存在一些问题。本文联系实际情况,提出了一些建议,希望能有助于中小民营企业运营资金管理的健康发展。

At present, in the construction process of the socialist market economic, small and medium-sized civil enterprises have been developing rapidly, but there are some questions in financial management of private enterprise. This paper proposed some suggestions based on the actual situation to help the healthy development of working capital management of small and medium private enterprises and countermeasures.
