摘要
以1、5mmol/L抗坏血酸和0.1、0.5mmol/L过氧化氢处理油茶叶片.结果表明,抗坏血酸可以明显提高油茶叶片的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,同时减少丙二醛的含量.过氧化氢可以明显促进叶片的蛋白水解酶活性增加,使可溶性蛋白质含量下降.
Experiment were carried out to study the effect of different concentration ascorbic acid(AsA) and hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) on detached leaves senescence of Camellia oleifera,the results indicated that:AsA could maitain the activity of ascorbic acid peroxidase (ASP POD)Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase (CAT),reduce the MDA content H 2O 2 could maitain the activity of proteases ,reduce the protein content
