教师的教育技术能力是教师进行教学的主要能力,为更好的使高校教师掌握现代教育技术,并将其运用在日常的教学工作,构建合理的评价指标尤为重要。本文主要探讨论基于绩效管理的高校教师教育技术能力评价指标如何建立。

The capacity of educational technology is the main teaching ability of teachers. In oder to make the university teachers better grasp the modem educational technology and apply it in their daily teaching work, to construct a reasonable evaluation index is especially important. This paper mainly discusses on how to build the evaluation index of educational technology ability based on the performance management.
