摘要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织,成功举办2008年奥运赛事,以及2010年世博会,国人与外界的交流更加频繁,同时国内工程界与外国各项专家合作与交流的机会日益增多,对于"工程造价"这个界内永恒的话题,也不断摩擦出新的心得。文章认为应主动借鉴国外先进技术与深刻经验,对工程全过程实施造价管理,并切实落实可持续发展战略,克服薄弱环节,以最终达到降低造价的目的,并入全球经济一体化的大趋势。
With China＇s accession to the World Trade Organization, the success of hosting the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2010 World Expo, people communicate more frequently with the outside world. At the same time, the domestic and foreign experts in engineering have more increasing opportunities for communication, for the eternal topic of ＂Project Cost＂, also has a new experience constant friction. The article thinks that we should take the advanced foreign technology and profound experience, implement the project cost management in the whole process, effectively implement sustainable development strategies to overcome weaknesses in order to ultimately reduce the cost for the purpose of joining the global trend of economic integration.
