摘要
电子政务作为一种新型的行政管理形式,它在日常的工作中发挥着重要的作用,但是在进步的同时,也存在着一些负面效应。本文就针对电子政务信息系统的负效应与伦理诉求这个话题进行简要的探讨。
The e-government as a new form of the administration plays an important role in daily work, however, at the same time, there are also some negative effects. This paper made a discussion on the topic of the negative effect and ethical demands of e-government information systems.
