摘要 工学结合作为一种教育教学模式,关注如何在就业导向的职业教育大目标下人的可持续发展问题。在我国实施工学结合比较困难的情况下,为了实现高职教育高素质、高技能人才培养目标,适应社会的发展,高职人只要克服"精神满足需求和物质满足需求",学校充分重视,各专业大胆实践,总结经验教训,从多层面,以多样化、多形式开展工作,必定能培养出社会满意的人才。 Work-study combination as a kind of education teaching mode, focuses on sustainable development problems of students on the guide of employment of vocational education. The implementation of work-study combination is difficult. In order to achieve high-quality, high-skill talents training target of higher vocational education and adapt society's development, as long as higher vocational persons overcome "spirit meets demand and material meets the demand", the schools pay attention to it, each department is bold in practice and summarizes the experiences and lessons, discharges duties from many aspects, diversification, multi-manners, the higher vocational school must be able to develop talents satisfying society.
