This paper discusses a basic course about the theory, method and technology of mechanical drawing. Through the teaching material content and practical teaching assignment, the teacher arouses the students＇ interest in study, makes many kinds of teaching methods unified, and cultivates the students＇ ability of drawing and reading mechanical patterns. Using the teaching method of combination of course and major, study and practice, the teaching quality is improved and a batch of talents of professional theory and skills are developed.
