高职育人目标应准确定位于培养技术应用型人才

Targets of Higher Vocational Education Should be Accurately Positioned to Train Applied Talents with High-technology

在高职教育实际工作中,存在着高职院校育人目标定位模糊的问题,要么把高职教育作为创收手段,要么向普通本科院校靠拢,导致人才培养的定位不准确,育人质量良莠不齐。我国高职院校的育人目标应该准确定位于培养专门高技术应用型人才。这不但与国际职业教育接轨,更是我国现代化建设实际需要,是教育规律使然。

In the practical work of higher vocational education, there exists the problem of positioning ambiguous for the target of higher vocational college educating people, or it takes vocational education as a means of income generation, or moves closer to the ordinary colleges and universities, resulting in inaccurate positioning of personnel training, and the quality of educating people is mixed. Higher vocational educating people should locate in cultivating technology applied talents.
