This article expounds the various approaches on how to enhance the listening ability from both teachers and students.The teachers train the students through the choice of listening materials, the elimination of anxiety, the improvement of interest and inforcement of practice.The students should adjust listening mood, master listening techniques and use listening strategies so as to raise their listening ability.
