Exploration on the Teaching Method of Aerobics in College

针对当前普通高校学生在学习健美操动作的过程中所存在的实际困难,致使教学质量和效果并不理想这一现状,文中对此提出了相互联系的几点有效教学法并对其作了相关论述。

Aiming at the existing practical difficulties of the current college students in the process of learning aerobics moves, which causes unsatisfactory situation of teaching quality and effect, this paper proposes several interrelated effective teaching methods and makes a relevant discussion.
