摘要
高校区域图书馆联盟是高校图书馆发展的必然趋势,但联盟建设存在着地区失衡、法规缺失、技术落后及共建共享不足等问题。高校图书馆只有进行观念、制度、管理和技术的创新,才能有效地实施区域图书馆建设,更好地为本地区社会和经济发展服务。
Regional university library consortium is an inexorable trend of library development, but there are problems on the library consortia, such as regional unbalance, law deficiency, lag in technology and difficulties in sharing and construction. The innovations in thought, system, management and technology are necessary for regional library consortium, serving regional society and economy better.
