CBD空间规划设计中的防灾减灾策略探析

Tactics Study on Prevention and Reduction of Disaster in CBD Spatial Planning and Design

基于综合防灾理念,分析CBD主要灾害及其特征,以及规划设计中面临的主要挑战,提出高层建筑综合体"自防自救"策略、平灾结合的复合空间设计、公众参与的防灾减灾规划体系与应急管理、信息网络平台与生命线系统的优化等防灾减灾对策,以提高CBD安全容量和防灾减灾能力。

Based on the concept of comprehensive prevention of disaster and the purpose of enhancing safety capacity for CBD,this paper makes analysis of the features of main disaster in CBD and the challenge in planning and design.It puts forward the measures of ＂self-prevention and self-aid＂ in high-rise building complex,the compound space design for normal and disaster time,the planning system for prevention and reduction of disaster,as well as the optimization of the exigency management,lifeline system and information network platform.
