摘要
传统"三段式"的工商管理人才培养模式,并指出其存在的主要问题。在此基础上,详细比较分析了近年来国内部分高校改革与探索实施的"协同式"、"按系招生,多方向培养""、模块式"和"校企业合作式"四种各具特色的创新工商管理人才培养模式,笔者认为这四种创新工商管理人才培养模式能够在很大程度上弥补传统工商管理人才培养模式的不足,满足经济发展对个性化、多元化、多规格的现代工商管理专业人才的需求。
The paper analyzes the traditional "three section type" business administration talents cultivation mode and points out its main problems. Based on this point, the paper comparative analysis in detail recent years domestic college reform and exploration implementation "concerted type", recruiting by departments and muhi-cuhivation, module type and college-enterprise cooperation type, the four types has their own features innovation business management talents cultivation modes. The authors holds that these four types of innovation business administration talents cultivation could compensate the shortages of the traditional business administration mode to meet economic development's demand for individulized, diversified and multi-standard modern business administration talents.
