工程索赔在国际建筑市场上是承包商保护自身正当权益、弥补工程损失、提高经济效益的重要且有效的手段。现对工程索赔在项目施工中的应用进行简要论述。
Project claim is the effective means in the international construction market for contractor to protect its legitimate rights and interests, making up the project loss and improving economic efficiency. The paper discusses the application of project claim at engineering construction.
