高校助学金制度的初步探索

Primary Exploration on College Student Tuition Assistance System

我国的大学生资助政策为在校的贫困大学生提供了一个公平求学的机会。作为资助政策之一的国家助学金制度,旨在运用经济的手段推动我国教育事业公平健康的发展。国家助学金工作自开展以来,对缓解贫困生经济压力和保持学校正常的教学秩序起到了非常重要的作用。但随着国家助学金资助金额的加大,也暴露了很多问题。通过对国家助学金执行过程中遇到的主要问题和其中存在各种矛盾的分析,提出了完善我国国家助学金制度的建议。

China＇s college students financial aid policies provides a fair opportunity for poor students＇ pursuing of their education. As one of the aid policies, the national tuition assistance system aims to promote China＇s education cause＇s fair and healthy development. Since the commencement of national tuition assistance policy, it is very important in easing the economic pressure of poor students and maintaining the normal order of school. But with the increasing of the national tuition amount, some problems appeares. Through the analysis of the problems and other conflicts encountered in the national tuition assistance operation process, the paper proposes the suggestion for imporving China＇s national tuition assistance system.
