政府投资项目主要投资在与国计民生密切相关的产业,使用的是公共资金,公众都应有知情权,管理过程受到社会的广泛关注。虽然我国政府投资项目造价管理改革突破了传统体制束缚,己取得初步成效,但是现行管理方式也确实存在许多值得探讨和完善的地方。本文结合国内政府投资项目造价管理现状,提出改革的具体措施及建议,期望为政府投资项目造价管理提供理论和实践的指导。

Government investment projects are mainly in fields which is closely related to people＇ livelihood industries. Using the public funding, so the public has the right to know, its management process is widely concerned by the society. Though China＇s government investment cost management broke the shackles of the traditional system and has achieved the initial results, there are many improving places worth exploring of the current management form. Combining domestic govermnent project cost management situation, the paper points out the specific measures and suggestions for reform in the hope of providing theory and practice guide for government investment cost management.
