New Type of Wireless Monitor System Based on 3G Network

本文基于目前迅速发展的无线通信技术,以3G网络为平台,提出了一套新型的无线监控系统。该系统由远端视频监控和后台监控中心两大部分组成,通过3G网络进行远端与后台间的数据传输。分析了实现该系统所需的技术条件并建立了初步的系统模型。研究重点为视频数据编码技术和无线信号射频收发技术,提出了适用于本系统的编码原则并分析了需要解决的射频收发技术问题,为今后的研究和改进工作提供了有益的参考。通过分析和设计,该系统具有高度的创新性和广阔的市场前景,将成为安全监控领域一个崭新的发展方向。

Based on the current rapid development of wireless communication technology, 3G network as a platform, a set of new wireless monitoring system is proposed in the paper. The system consists of remote video surveillance monitoring center and background control center which conducts data transmission between remote port and background platform through 3G network. The paper analyzed the technical condition required for the realization of the system and a preliminary model is established. The research focuses on video data coding techniques and wireless signal RF transceiver technology and proposes the coding principle which is suitable for the system and analyzes RF transceiver technology for future research, which provides the reference for future research. Through analysis and design, the system is highly innovative and has broad market prospects, which will become a new development direction of security monitoring field.
