河北省新能源发展战略研究

New Energy Development Strategy in Hebei Province

当前,能源已经成为全球竞争的战略焦点,也构成我国经济社会发展的制约瓶颈,作为能源消费大省,河北省也深受能源问题的困扰。利用资源优势,加快新能源发展是河北省缓解能源瓶颈制约、保障能源安全的战略选择。本文运用SWOT分析法,简要分析了河北省新能源发展的优势、劣势因素,指出了我省新能源发展面临的机会与威胁因素。最后,结合战略管理理论,提出了河北省能源发展战略的对策措施。

At present, energy has become the strategic focus of global competition which is also the bottleneck for China＇s economy society development. As the big energy consumption province, Hebei province is also troubled by energy problems. Using the advantages of energy, accelerating new energy development is the strategic choice for Hebei province to ease the energy constraint and ensure energy safety. Using the SWOT analysis method, the paper makes the simple analysis on the advantageous and disadvantageous factors for Hebei province＇s new energy development and points out the opportunities and threatening factors for the province＇s new energy development. At last, combining strategic management theory, the solution measures of Hebei province＇s energy development strategy is proposed.
