摘要
在模具试模和生产中常会出现原料填充不足、压缩空气灼伤产品、制品内部很高的内应力、表面出现流线和熔合线等现象。对于这些现象除了应首先调整注塑工艺外,当工艺没有任何问题时,还得考虑模具浇口是否合理。当注塑工艺和浇口这两个问题都排除以后,那么模具的排气就是最关键的问题了,解决这一问题的主要手段是开设排气槽或者增大排气槽的尺寸。
Raw material filling deficiencies and compressed air bums products, products high internal stress, surface flow lines and weld lines often occur in die tryout and production, we should firstly adjust the injection molding process, then have to consider the reasonableness of the mold gate secondly without any problems of process . When the injection molding process and the gate are excluded, then the mold exhaust is the most critical problem, the primary means of solving this problem is to create or increase the exhaust air vent slot size.
