目前,高职院校生源质量不尽人意,教学方式缺乏创新,授课吸引力不强,考试方式不够新颖,学生自身学习动力不足,这些因素已成为制约高职教育质量提高的问题。要改变高职学生的学习现状,提高教育质量,需适时转变教育观念,加强学生的教育工作,加强学风建设,提高教育质量。

At present, unsatisfactory quality of vocational colleges students, lack of innovation in teaching methods, teaching attraction is not strong enough, examinations modes are not innovative, students lack self-motivation, these factors have restricted the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education. To change the status of vocational learning and improve the quality of education, teaching idea should he timely changed to strengthen students＇ education work and learning type construction to improve teaching quality.
