在《物业管理法规》课教学实践中,通过摆明立法现状、调整传统教学顺序,改革传统教学模式,合理的安排教学,真正的启发互动,从而激发学生兴趣和热情,激发其主动性和创造力,体现学生竞争意识。达到教学目的,增强教学效果。
In the teaching practice of ＂Property Management Regulations＂, to arrange legislation status, adjust traditional teaching order, reform traditional teaching model, reasonably arrange teaching, interact genuinely, we could inspire the interesting and the passion of students, encourage the initiative and creativity and embody the competitive consciousness for the students. It has achieved the teaching aims and enhanced the teaching impact.
