摘要 随着疼痛医学的发展，疼痛诊疗技术也有大幅度的提高，各种神经阻滞疗法及微创技术在疼痛诊疗中应用日益普遍，并得到人们的普遍接受。关节内注射、痛点阻滞及神经阻滞疗法是治疗慢性疼痛行之有效的方法。但目前进行此类操作仍主要根据解剖定位采用盲探穿刺的方法进行治疗。盲探穿刺具有操作简单、方便等优点，但因其准确性差，
