摘要
采用不同浓度H2O2浸泡处理柳杉种子,结果表明:种子的过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性随H2O2浓度提高和时间延长而明显增强,停止处理后酶活性又明显下降,说明过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶是以H2O2作为诱导物的诱导酶。
Different concentrations of H2O2 were used to soak seeds of Cryptomeria fortunei and the results indicated that the activity of catalase and peroxidase of the seeds evidently strengthened with the concentration enhancement and time extension of H2O2 while the enzyme activity evidently reduced after the treatment was stopped,which demonstrated that catalase and peroxidase were inducible enzymes taking H2O2 as the inducer.
