胶原及其受体的研究进展

摘要 细胞外基质蛋白中的胶原在多细胞动物的进化中扮演重要的角色。在组织中,细胞锚定在含有胶原的结构上,通常细胞间通过基质蛋白连接的方式相互作用,但是细胞也表达受体,受体具有直接结合胶原中三股螺旋主链的能力。越来越多的证据表明,这些受体通过与胶原中特定基序结合发挥作用。 The collagen family of extracellular matrix proteins plays a fundamental role in the evolution of muhicellular organism. In tissues, cells are anchored to collagenous structures. The interaction between cells and collagen can be indirect and mediated by matrix glycoproteins. Cells also express receptors, which directly bind to the triple helical domains of collagens. In addition, increasing evidence indicates that receptors bind to the specific motifs of collagens.
