With the knowledge of comparative therapeutics, the mechanisms, therapeutic effects, adverse reactions,cost and conveniences of ophthalmic remedies to primary open angle glaucoma were analyzed. And then suitable clinical deci sions were made in the favors of optimizing life quality of patients.
