摘要
以适应山地栽培的抗旱性较强的东刘1号和适应河边栽培的抗旱性较弱的陈紫1~2年生盆栽实生幼苗为材料,研究了水分胁迫对荔枝叶片糖代谢的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫下,荔枝叶片淀粉酶、转化酶和PAL活性加强,可溶性糖和还原糖含量增加,淀粉和蔗糖含量下降。抗旱性强的品种淀粉酶、转化酶和PAL活性增强的幅度,以及淀粉和蔗糖含量下降的幅度均大于抗旱性弱的品种。
The 1~2 years old pot cultured seedlings of two litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) varieties with different drought resistance were used to observe the effects of water stress on sucrose metabolism of the leaves. Variety Chenzi which pews on the river banks is considered to be drought-sensitive, and Dongliu No.1 which grows on the hill is considered to be drought resistant. Under water stress, the activities of amylase, invertase and PAL and the content of total soluble sucrose and reducing sucrose in litchi leaves increased, while the content of starch and sucrose decreased. The increments of amylase, invertase and PAL activities and soluble sucrose and reducing sucrose content, and the decrement of starch and sucrose content in the brought-resistant variety were higher than in the drought-sensitive variety.
