应用RAPD技术分析变叶木品种间遗传关系

Analysis of Interspecific Genetic Relationship of Codiaeum variegatum with Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) Markers

采用随机扩增多态DNA（RAPD）技术分析7个变叶木（CodiaeumVariegatum）品种间的遗传关系。用15个单引物共扩增出85个DNA片段，其中清晰可辨、重复的片段有64个，占总数的75．3％。7个品种特有的RAPD标记被检测出，这些标记可作为区别不同品种的重要性状。

The genetic relationship among 7 species of Codiaeum variegatum was examined by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). A total of 85 fragments were amplified with 15 random Primers, and 64 (75.3 %) out of the 85 fragments were found polymorphic, discernible and repetitive. These RAPD markers can be used to identify the species used.
