亚临床甲减患者同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

Relationship between total serum homocysteine level and intima-media thickness of carotid artery in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism

目的探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退(亚甲减)患者血清总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)水平与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)的关系。方法测定69例亚甲减(甲减组)和40例正常人(对照组)促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清胆固醇(TC),用酶联免疫分析法检测tHcy水平,用颈动脉超声波测定IMT。结果甲减组tHcy水平和IMT的厚度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亚甲减可引起动脉内膜厚度的增加;tHcy水平对发生动脉粥样硬化的判断起一定指导作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between total serum homocysteine（tHcy）level and intima-media thickness（IMT）of the carotid artery in the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods The tHcy was measured using ELISA,TSH and serum cholesterol were detected with biochemical methods in 69 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism（group A）and 40 normal control subjects（group B）.Results The activity of serum tHcy and IMT in group A were higher than those in group B（P0.05）.Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism may lead to an increase in IMT,tHcy level plays a guiding role in indicating the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
