小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of venous plexus thrombosis of the calf muscle

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的诊断价值。方法分析52例小腿肌间静脉丛血栓患者彩色多普勒超声检查及随访资料。结果 52例中,双肢病变8例(15%),单肢病变44例(85%);有明显诱因45例(87%);检查时有明显压痛48例(92%)。40例治疗后复查:26例再通及部分再通。结论彩色多普勒可明确诊断小腿肌间静脉丛血栓。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography（CDUS）in venous plexus thrombosis of the calf muscle.Methods Data of 52 cases with venous plexus thrombosis in the calf muscle were analyzed,who were examined and followed up by CDUS.Results The incidence of thrombosis in the calf veins was 15% for both legs and 85% for single leg.Fourty-five patients（87%）had identified risk factors.The tenderness on the lesions occurred in 48 patiets.CDUS showed repatency of the blocked vessels in 26 out of 40 cases.Conclusion CDUS is valuable in clearly showing the venous plexus thrombosis of the calf muscle.
