摘要
试验表明:N+注入甜菜种子后,在叶片过氧化物酶同功酶的分析中,发现酶的活性与离子注入的剂量有关,低剂量的离子注入有利于酶的活化。同时产生新的酶带,其生长量和生长势也有明显增加,尤以注入剂量4×1016和60次脉冲处理为佳。
By analysis peroxide enzyme in the leaf of sugar beet after N+ injection into dry sugar beet seed,the results showed that enzyme activity was associated with ion implantation dose, low dose ion implantation caused enzyme activation and new enzyme bands appeared, growing quantity and growing strength increased obviously,and the best treated dose was 41016 and 60 times.
