摘要
荧光分光光度法分析结果表明:鲜芦笋茎中硒含量为0.033mg/kg;优化试验的研究认为:室温下使用0.05%酸液浸泡切段4.5~5.0cm的鲜芦笋5min为提取芦笋中硒的最佳工艺参数;芦笋汁pH值和温度处理对芦笋汁中硒含量有很大影响。
The analysis result showed that selenium content in fresh asparagus is 0.033 mg/kg by fluorimetric method; The contract research concluded that optimum parameters of extracting selenium in fresh asparagus are as follow: treatment temperature 20, treatment solution acidity 0.05%, treatment time 5 min, and cutting size 4.5 ̄5.0 cm; pH value and temperature treatment of asparagus juice greatly affected seleniun content in asparagus juice.\;
