摘要
绒毡层是植物花药发育中起独特作用的分泌细胞层,其活跃的代谢活动与小孢子的发育有密切关系。分子生物学研究发现,TA13、TA29、A9等基因在绒毡层中特异表达,并有相似的表达模式,有着时间和空间的特异性。以这些绒毡层特异基因为启动子,与外源细胞毒素基因、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶基因等嵌合,调控小孢子的发育以创造植物雄性不育的策略,已被众多学者所关注,这一研究的实现,将会大大加快杂种优势利用的进程。
In this
paper, we reviewed following aspects to illustrate the advances and strategies of malesterile
creation by utilizing plant tapetum and anther specific genes: key function of tapetum during
pollen developing ;studies of the specific expression genes in tapetum; strategies of
introducing foreign cytotoxin gene and 1,3glucanase gene under the tapetumspecific promoter
to creat male sterility;strategy of utilizing antisense RNA of CHS gene,etc.,and made a prospect
to such research and utilization in the future.
