MEBT/MEBO治疗面部烧伤近期疗效观察

Short -term Effect Observation of Treating Facial Burn with MEBT/MEBO

目的:观察烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)对面部烧伤患者的治疗效果。方法:运用MEBT/MEBO规范换药治疗86例面部烧伤患者,同时根据病情予以抗休克、抗感染、对症治疗及营养支持等全身综合治疗。结果:86例面部烧伤患者全部治愈,除2例深Ⅲ度有轻微瘢痕外,其余患者均为无瘢痕愈合。结论:MEBT/MEBO治疗面部烧伤效果显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating facial bum. Method ： 86 patients with facial bums were treated with standard MEBT/MEBO dressing care. Meanwhile, system treatment including anti - shock, anti - infection, symptomatic treatment and nutrition support et al were conducted. Result： All 86 cases of patients healed. Except 2 cases of deep Ⅲ bum with light scar, the rest healed without scar formation. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has obvious effect in treating facial bum.
