湿性医疗技术治疗褥疮疗效观察

Observation of Short-term Effect of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Bedsore

目的:总结湿性医疗技术治疗褥疮的临床疗效及治疗经验。方法:对2005年1月～2009年1月收治的76例(165处)褥疮患者全部应用湿性医疗技术进行治疗,并根据创面部位分别采用湿润暴露疗法和湿性包扎疗法治疗。结果:76例(165处)患者经湿性医疗技术治疗治愈127处,显效31处,有效7处,总有效率100%。结论:湿性医疗技术解决了临床治疗褥疮的一个难题,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective： To summarize the effect and experience of treating bedsore with MEBT/MEBO. Method： During the period of 1/2005 - 1/2009, 76 .cases （ 165 wounds） were all treated with MEBT/MEBO. According to wound locations, exposure therapy and bandage therapy were conducted respectively and clinical effect was summarized. Results： Of 165 wounds （76 cases） , 127 wounds healed, 31 wounds markedly improved and 7 wounds were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO solves the problems in treating bedsore and shows exact effect.
