美宝创疡贴处理剖宫产术腹部切口疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Abdomnial Incision of Cesarean with MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing

目的:观察美宝创疡贴对剖宫产产妇腹部切口愈合的影响。方法:自2009年12月至2010年5月,我院对46例剖宫产术后腹部切口分别采用美宝创疡贴和外科换药方法处理。根据创面处理方法随机分为两组,创疡贴组接受美宝创疡贴处理,对照组用外科换药方法处理;观察腹部创面愈合时间、愈合等级和并发症;所得资料经统计学处理,判断临床意义。结果:创疡贴组切口愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),甲级愈合率高于对照组(P<0.01),创疡贴组仅有1处切口出现红肿,而对照组有2处切口红肿,且有8处出现硬结改变。结论:美宝创疡贴与外科换药方法比较,前者能够加速剖宫产产妇腹部切口愈合,提高甲级愈合率,减少切口瘢痕形成。

Objective： To observe the healing effect of abdominal incision of cesarean with MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing. Method： 46 cases of cesarean were collected from Dec. 2009 to May. 2010. All of cases were divided into two groups randomly, e.g. Wound and Ulcers Dressing group and control group, in which, MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing and routine surgical dressing were applied respectively, Some indexes including wound healing time, healing grade and complication were observed and recorded. Then the data were treated statistically so as to evaluate clinical value. Resuits： Wound healing time in MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing was significant shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Primary healing rate in MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Only one wound in MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing was observed red swelling appeared, while 2 wounds were red swelling observed and 8 wounds were appeared hardening in control group. Conclusion： Comparing with routine surgical dressing, MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing can accelerate wound healing, improve primary healing rate and reduce scar formation in treat abdominal incision of cesarean.
