籽粒苋秸秆粉饲喂三元杂交猪效应及消化试验研究初报

A Preliminary Report on the Study on the Effects of Grain *3D]Amaranth's Strawl Powder on Feeding Three Way Gross Pig and the Experiment on Inbody Digestion

选用三元杂交猪，在全早稻日粮的基础上，采用收籽后的籽粒苋秸秆粉，进行了饲养及体内消化试验。结果表明：在日粮中添加１０％和１５％的籽粒苋秸秆粉，对猪的增重速度及胴体和肉质品质没有明显影响，每ｋｇ增重可节约精料２％～１０％，提高经济效益２％～８％，其在日粮中的适宜添加量为１０％。经猪体内消化试验表明，籽粒苋秸秆粉粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、无氮浸出物和能量的消化率分别为８４．６％、３３．０％、５５．４％、７６．９％、６７．９％，均高于盛花期的紫花苜蓿干草粉。

Based on the diet of entire eary rice, the experiments on feeding and inbody digestion in Three way cross pig fed with Grain amaranth's strawl powder after seeds harvest were conducted. The results show that there is no notable influence on the weight increment, the trunk and the meat quality of the pigs under experiment from adding 10% and 15% of strawl powder to the diet. However 2%10% of fodder could be saved for each 1 kg weight increment, which amounts to 2%8% of increase in economic efficiency. The fittest amount added to the diet is 10%. The results of the experiment on inbody digestion indicate that the digestion percentages of the powder's coarse protein, coarse fabrie, coarse fat, nonnutrigen extraction and energy are 84.6%, 33.0%, 55.4%, 76.9%, 67.9% respectively, higher than those of milk vetch dry powder in full bloom.
