成纤维细胞生长因子21与糖脂代谢的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)具有激素样作用,人类的FGF家族包括22个成员,按种系和序列又分为7个亚科,大部分FGF因子对细胞的生长和分化具有调节作用。成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF-21)是新近发现的FGF家族新成员,是在细胞因子功能高通量筛查以发掘新型糖尿病治疗药物的研究中被首次发现,其全长209个氨基酸,
