乳腺浸润性导管癌高频彩色多普勒超声表现与ER、PR、CerbB-2、P_(53)表达的相关性

The Correlation Between the High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound Findings and the Expression of ER、PR、CerbB-2、P_(53) in Patients with Invasive Breast Ductal Carcinoma

目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的超声表现与ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53表达的相关性。材料和方法:2009-01～2009-12177例术后病理证实的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者,术后标本经免疫组织化学染色判定这些免疫分子的表达情况,通过超声表现中的肿块大小、内部的钙化、后方回声衰减、边缘的"毛刺征"及血流分级与ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53表达情况进行对比。结果:177例导管癌中,肿块边缘"毛刺征"和内部血流信号分级0～Ⅰ级与癌细胞ER、PR阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05),肿块内部的钙化与癌细胞CerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05),肿块后方回声衰减和血流信号分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级与癌细胞CerbB-2、P53阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05),而肿块大小与ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53阳性表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺浸润性导管癌高频彩色多普勒超声显像与ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53的表达具有相关性,两者相互结合对乳腺癌的治疗和预后的判定有重要意义。

Purpose To evaluate the correlation between ultrasound findings and the expression of ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53in patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma.Materials and Methods 177patients who were diagnosed as invasive breast ductal carcinoma by histopathology test from January to December in 2009were recruited in this study,the expressions of immune-related molecules were tested by immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between the expressions of ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53 and the pre-surgery ultrasound findings including：size of the tumor、interior calcification、back echoes attenuation、vague border、blood flow grading were analyzed using statistical test.Results Significant correlations were found between vague border as well as grading 0-Ⅰblood flow and the expression of ER、PR（P〈0.05）,interior calcification and the expression of CerbB-2（P〈0.05）,back echoes attenuation as well as gradingⅡ-Ⅲblood flow and the expression of CerbB-2、P53（P〈0.05）;however,no significant correlation were found between the size of the tumor and the expression of ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Some findings of high frequency ultrasound imaging and the expression of ER、PR、CerbB-2、P53are highly correlated in patients with invasive breast ductal carcinoma.It is useful to perform both tests in breast cancer treatment.
