摘要
为保障海上油田注聚工艺的实施,设计了注聚自动化控制系统。该系统采用橇装化技术、组态技术、PLC控制技术、Darwin控制器技术,以及注聚系统配电与平台配电既独立又有机结合的方式,实现了系统集中、自动、一体化控制功能,具有设备小巧、结构紧凑、控制精度高的特点,目前已在渤海SZ36-1、LD10-1、LD5-2、JZ9-3、NB35-2等油田成功应用。
The automatic polymer injecting control system was designed to improve offshore polymer injecting technique.This system is designed with the techniques of skid,configuration,PLC control,Darwin controller and polymer-injecting system electric distribution independent-combined platform electric distribution.The integration and automation of the system are realized with small size,compact conformation and high degree of accuracy.This system have been applied in the oilfields SZ36-1,LD10-1,LD5-2,JZ9-3 and NB35-2 in Bohai Sea.
