摘要
根据蓄能器系统的工作环境和工作状态,将水下防喷器控制系统蓄能器分为地面蓄能器、水下蓄能器和应急蓄能器等3类,分析了水深对不同蓄能器系统主要参数的影响。提高蓄能器的承压能力,可以减小控制系统的预压力,从而减少地面蓄能器的个数,节省平台空间。不同蓄能器系统主要技术参数随水深的变化趋势差异较大,在蓄能器系统控制能力设计与校核时须特别注意。
According to the working environment and operating status,accumulators are classified in three categories: surface accumulator,subsea accumulator and emergency accumulator.This paper analyzes the influence of water depth on main parameters of the three kinds of accumulators respectively.It is concluded that,to a certain BOP,increasing the pressure rating of accumulator can decrease the pre-pressure of control system so that to reduce the number of surface accumulators and save platform space significantly.The parameters of different accumulators vary evidently with water depth,which must be noted during the design and evaluation of accumulator control capacity.
