摘要
针对边际油田依托开发交接计量的难题,在对分离器尺寸选择、计量仪表的选型、计量误差控制等关键问题进行分析的基础上,研究出将气液旋风分离器(GLCC)与常规计量分离器相结合的交接计量系统。该交接计量系统已在渤海A油田开发项目中得到成功应用,这对于今后边际自营油田依托合作油田开发以及其他有关计量交接的需求,均有推广应用价值。
To overcome the difficulty of custody metering in supporting development of a marginal oil field,this paper analyzes the key issues in separator sizing,model selection of metering gage and error control,and proposes a new custody metering system combining the gas-liquid cyclone separator(GLCC)with conventional metering separator.The new custody metering system has been applied successfully in a marginal field in Bohai Sea.The research result has the promotion and application value for supporting development of self-operated marginal field relying on the cooperative oil field.
