摘要
本文以浙江小黄山和安徽禹会遗址的剖面各地层土壤为材料,对有机地球化学中常用的两种洗脱用的层析柱在烷烃分析中的效率进行了比较,GC-MS的检测结果显示碱式滴定管的效率更高。并对实验结果所揭示的古植被意义做了解读,同时探讨了烷烃分析技术用于环境考古研究时的问题及相应解决办法。
The efficiency of two sets of glassware for Column Chromatography, both commonly used in Organic Geochemistry studies, are compared in the study of n-Alkane analysis of the soil sediment in the stratums of Xiaohuangshan Site in Zhejiang and Yuhui Site in Anhui. Using GC- MS analysis, base buret showed better efficiency. Then the paleo-environmental significance revealed by the result was discussed. What is more, the problems in the application of n-Alkane analysis into Environmental Archaeology research were addressed and relevant solutions were also proposed.
