无花果叶水溶性成分的提取及其急性毒性试验 被引量:5

摘要 报道了无花果叶中水溶性成分的提取及其急性毒性试验。取干燥的无花果300g,用8900g蒸馏水分4次重复提取,得提取液7739g,浓缩后得到浓缩液280g,经测定其相对密度(d)为1.143,质量浓度为324.6g/L,干态物质总产量为79.5g,提取率达31.0%。用灌胃法(ig)、腹腔注射法(ip)测试了小鼠对水提取物的急性毒性反应。结果表明,ig试验25倍临床口服剂量以下未发现毒性反应,ip试验LD50=1.0439g/kg,相当于临床口服剂量的3.3倍,L95=0.8946~1. The preparation and acute toxicity of water soluble component from fig leaf was reported. Dried fig leaf 300 g was extracted four times with distilled water 8900 g under reflux. Extract liquor 7739 g was collected and concentrated subsequently in vaccum. The concentrate 280 g was acquired, which possesses relative density 1.143, mass concentration 324.6 g/L. Total yield of dry matter from the concentrate is 79.5 g, the yield of dry matter per unit weight of the leaf reaches 31.0%. Acute toxicity was tested with ig and ip in rat. As a result, no toxicity effect was observed in ig below 25 times clinical oral dosage, LD50=1.0439 g/kg in ip, which is equivalent to 3.3 times clinical oral dosage, L95=0.89461.2033 g/kg.
